Fitness Conditioning Program
The therapist's approach to getting and staying in shape. A conditioning program is an essential aspect of any rehabilitation protocol, and is incorporated into every patient’s plan of care. The targeted program helps the inactive or deconditioned muscles prepare for increased physical exertion, including home exercise, by teaching the proper way to condition muscles. At the end of your program you will be able to safely continue your exercise routine at home, in the gym, or outside.
